I struggled with my weight my whole life. Physical activity was never a top priority for me. I was very content if I was sitting on the couch and not doing much of anything. That was probably why I struggled with my weight for years. I ate the wrong foods and never moved around much.
Growing up, my weight issues remained the same. I became more than just the at kid, I was struggling with obesity. I had to have extra support to do my desk job that I had. I saw the fear in people’s eyes when I went to an all you can eat buffet. Although there were things I could do that were healthier for me, I did not want to do them.
There came a point where I decided to fix the problem before it was too late. I could not do things that normal people did. I had no social life, but most importantly my weight kept me from finding someone special to share my life with so I decided to do something about it and to do it in a hurry, so I ordered one of those programs that promised to show me how to lose weight fast and vowed that doing this simple step would cure all that was ailing me in a hurry.
To get healthy was not going to be a matter of a miracle diet plan for me. Trying one of these was one of the biggest mistakes I madde. I was also very discouraged, but I knew I had to try something to find out lose weight fast or at least something that would get me headed in the right direction if I was ever going to find happiness in my life and if I was going to keep myself from dying at too young of an age.
The biggest problem I had was not finding the right things to eat. I went online and was able to find out what kind of diets I could follow to help me lose the weight. It did not take long for me to develop a plan for my eating. I started to weigh my food and ate foods that were better for me. As I said all of that information is easily found. But there was something else I found in my research. To lose weight a person must expend more calories than they take in. I had to find a way to get my body moving to accomplish that. The biggest obstacle I faced in this task was the fat that was all over my body.
The fat on my body was definitely a roadblock to following a normal fitness regimen that most people could do. I was completely unsure of any type of work out regimen that my body could withstand. I also knew that I could not lose weight through diet alone and had to work out in some way. There was something I could do if I looked hard enough. And I did find a way.
The simplest thing for me to do was to start by going for a walk every day. Even though it should not have been hard, it was. As time went by I was able to lengthen the distance and time that I spent walking. Another improvement I made was the pace at which I went out at. Slowly, I started to lose weight. At some point I was able to start jogging. The weight disappeared faster. Everything I was doing was having an effect.
Two weeks ago I ran my first half marathon. Even though I was not the fastest, I was a finisher. As I finished, I looked back on the start of my weight loss journey. No matter what other people believed, I was able to start exercising.This is how to lose weight fast without exercise or diet pills
