I just recently had a question from somebody saying, yes, I want to lose belly fat . I drink alcohol every single day. I have few beers and what not, is this hurting, is this affecting? Of course it is. You need to know what it takes to get to your goal, and if you are doing things that are not groove with that you are not going to achieve the goal . So it is very simple. So these videos are about the first step and that is preparation, to help you prepare yourself, and know what it takes to get at that level . And the second thing is implementation or taking action . There is no way I can gaurantee that you can lose your belly fat, if you are drinking beer every single day . You know got that for a certain reason, and one of the reasons are carbohydrates . When you drink one can of beer, you have 350 calories going to your gut .

 

Right I don’t care how much activity you are doing if you are constantly putting that stuff in the body, you are really you know, you are working in the battle, fighting of the battle . So preparation is a key. Know what to expect. Knowing what you need to do to get the goal. And second most important thing is implementation. You need to know. Ok based on this stuff, now is the what I going to choose yes what I have to do, here is what I am going to do finally put on the muscle mass, this is how I have to train, this is how I have to do Fat burning workouts, this is what I need to do. This is what I need to eat. This is how you are doing. But remember guys this starts up with perfect Mindset. Right. Through our things that people in this world that are the most successful, the top rules, top businessmen, people at top entrepreneurs, whatever they are doing things differently then 98-99% of population . Ok.

 

It is important that you start to learn, when this people are doing and remember they are just like you and me. Right, they are like everyday people. They are human beings. They have the flaws. They have the bad habits. They have you know all the stuff that become from ordinary work, to incredible level of success and when I am talking about success I am not talking of just about money. I am talking about, you know, achieving certain physique if that is the case, living really with great health, whatever, it might be. Time and time again, all the technical stuff is great and that is really in sports say, 80% mental, 20% execution, tackling and physical stuff. Same goes with life, these people, these pros are doing something different, they are thinking differently, with different belief systems, from the majority of population and organized couple of videos to share what it is that separates them from the rest of the people.

 

So today we talked about preparation and intimidation some of the things that separates you know the top from people underneath and I am not trying to be corner standing but I want to realize that there are very successful people in this world and then there are pretty much everyone else. I want to help you to get level of success and whatever that success means to you is relevant.
