Diet plus workout – good health

Now the second things we want to do is we want to start and try and kind of really flip those confining beliefs around .  As it is such a thing that is not going to change overnight   , it takes time and it takes preparative indorse native if you want to call that right because really just reprogramming your wiring, we are reprogramming your nervous agreement to think and believe a little bit differently.  So if you think that you don’t deserve to stretch certain goal, let’s just assume that’s one of the beliefs and one of the ways to kind of change that around is simply stay just state it in a positive, else soul? will say, you know I am not good enough, I don’t deserve this. You might want to say I am the best; I deserve everything that I want in my life .

Right so you can just kind of restate it in a positive or Empowering way. But that’s I mean really it does great, but believing it is another thing right and you can say that I mean your subconscious mind say ya ya whatever I don’t believe that at all. And then it’s really not going to you know be part of your empowering belief system . So we want to do is write down this ternary limiting beliefs, spin them around through a little cross it out, spin them into a positive or an empowering beliefs . And then ones you have these empowering beliefs you are going take some time every single day so just ingrain them in your mind whether it is affirmations, visualisation whatever that is you need to do. It’s really believing that is true for you something that is very very of import okay.

Our belief systems are probably you know are lot of our decisions are based on our belief system and if we don’t believe that we deserve something, then we are not going to take the actions and make the proper decisions. So we just avoid our ultimate goals, we are going to held it back, we are going to sabitized ourselves. And I have seen time to time again with a lot of mass who get so close to their goals and then sabitized themselves. There may be twenty four Fitter U fitness competitions and I should mouthpiece to body mind a while ago form a pressure on the body viands at the time of telling the experience where you are so close to the factual competition two weeks before he actually sabitized his diet, ok.

Didn’t know why, again he dispated, he had some limiting believes that were bubbled in the surface and held him back, he sabitized himself as a result. Learning experience has moved forward which was obviously great  . But looking to your own life, looking to your experience happened to time that you sabitized your success, were you afraid of succeeding, very well, if so why? Were you afraid of building, if so why? So take a few proceedings to go through these exercises  by and by this video and again, do what you can to start to change one of these limiting believes from the powering believes, because the believing system is one of the most important things that you are going for you.
