Caffeine Addiction from too much Coffee

Do you lose weight if you drink coffee? Or does coffee help you gain weight? Is the drink is something more than just a refreshment or does it offer medical benefits as well? How many times have you had a cup of coffee because you were feeling very dull and wanted to boost your energy levels?Coffee has a positive impact on your energy levels because it contains caffeine. Caffeine is a stimulant that increases energy levels in your body as you are probably aware. Your body will have withdrawal symptoms every time you go off caffeine.Just skip that early morning habit of a wake-up cup of coffee, and see what happens. Your body reacts viciously and you suffer from a headache, low energy levels,crankiness and irritation throughout the day. Your body will goad you into having a quick cup of coffee to improve your mood.Some people are ashamed of their dependence on coffee, but yet have no option but to consume it all the same. So, what should you do if you want to skip this habit? It won’t be easy and will take time.The withdrawal symptoms over the first three or four days will be no different than those of any other drug. Life will be difficult as your body reacts to the lack of coffee and goads you into having a cup. Your reactions are likely to be irritability, energy deficiency, sleepiness and inability to attend to work.However, once you get over this phase and once you manage the first week properly, you will find that your body starts functioning on its own. If you have arrived at this stage, your addiction to caffeine is over and if you regulate your coffee intake, it should not reoccur.
